 Troubleshooting Tips

• For your first logon, you will receive a Welcome Email. Check your Junk/Spam email inbox, in case it has dropped into there instead of your main Inbox.
• If you cannot remember your password, or have not received the welcome email, click on the SMID link here, enter your email address (as given to the school), and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

• Any teacher who is not listed on the booking system is not available for this academic tutoring evening.

This may be because of staff illness or unavailability on this date.

Please email the member of staff for individual feedback on your child’s progress and induction.
